Preparation Phase
For the front (and the general theme) we quickly agreed on 猫恋 / うかれ猫 – that is, the springtime cat: excited, restless, nocturnal, out of control.
As you can see the original "map" had the kanji more on the right side, with the first word written directly on the breast.
I changed my mind right before starting though.

Having estrablished this, I went for a nice Haiku by Issa:
